About The Position

Reformation is hiring a temporary, part-time Operations Associate to support daily store operations in Aventura, Florida. The role helps standardize store processes, maintain inventory accuracy, support merchandising, and keep the store clean, organized, inspiring, and aligned with brand standards. The associate contributes to store goals and creates a positive customer shopping experience.

The schedule requires availability for at least 20 hours and at least three days per week, including weekends. Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays may be required to meet business needs. The anticipated hourly base pay is $17–$19, depending on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a fast-paced, creative service environment.
• Familiarity with desktop, mobile, tablet, and digital technology functionality.
• Experience in a sales or retail organization and/or an operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
• Self-motivation and a driven approach to taking on new challenges.
• Availability for at least 20 hours per week and at least three days per week, including weekends.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Support operational efforts required to achieve store goals and maintain seamless store procedures.
• Use store processes and procedures to track inventory accurately.
• Track, receive, and process inbound inventory shipments.
• Complete inventory tasks, including inbound and outbound transfers, shipment processing, and omnichannel order processing.
• Process shipments by receiving, hanging, steaming, tagging when applicable, and organizing merchandise in the back of house.
• Support markdown processing when applicable.
• Submit facilities tickets to support maintenance, presentation, and organization.
• Organize store supplies and maintain the back of house according to brand and concept standards.
• Prepare and deliver customer fitting rooms quickly and accurately.
• Prepare customer purchases according to brand standards, including preparing, folding, and bagging products.
• Replenish the sales floor as products are sold to maintain visual presentation and inventory levels.
• Support visual merchandising as new products arrive and adjust displays when products sell out or through.
• Execute visual displays and mannequins when directed.
• Contribute to an extraordinary customer experience and strong service evaluation feedback.
• Contribute to loss prevention throughout the business.
• Follow the time and attendance policy.
• Help maintain an inspiring store environment where products are accessible.
