About The Position

At Entegris, Operations Associates support production processing across the factory’s 24/7 compressed shifts. The role involves setting up production equipment, preparing raw materials, and verifying materials to complete production batches successfully. Success in the position calls for critical thinking and problem-solving, attention to detail, and a quality-focused mindset. The schedule is 5:30 PM–6:00 AM, Sunday through Tuesday, with rotating Saturdays (B Shift).

Requirements

Proficiency in Windows-based computer applications.
Ability to read specifications and understand and follow work instructions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to work a 12-hour shift on your feet and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Work with internal resources to resolve problems.
Follow department policies and procedures, regulatory compliance requirements, and environmental health and safety requirements.
Provide input into process procedures as required.
Set up machinery by positioning parts, loading materials, and entering specifications in accordance with engineering parameters.
Monitor one or more stages of the manufacturing process while equipment is running.
Assess product quality and identify nonconformities.
Inspect, clean, and perform routine maintenance on machinery.
Complete productivity reports detailing the number of parts or products made during each shift.
