Front Half Night Janitorial Supervisor

About The Position

The Janitorial Supervisor oversees and coordinates janitorial staff and cleaning operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with Amazon’s cleanliness and safety standards. The role includes scheduling, training, performance management, inventory oversight, quality inspections, responding to urgent cleaning needs, and communicating with facility management. The position works Sunday through Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. CST and pays $24 per hour. A specific offer may vary based on experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market alignment.

Requirements

Previous experience in janitorial supervision, facility maintenance, or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a large warehouse or distribution center environment.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
