About The Position

The Operations Associate operates production machine slitters, labels and packages products, and performs warehouse-related activities. The role includes supporting inventory audits, maintaining a clean and orderly facility, and preparing orders for transfer or shipment.

Requirements

• Ability to visually inspect products and document defects.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods while operating rewind machines.
• Professional team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machine slitter equipment as needed.
• Label, package, and box products for transfer into finished goods.
• Stack and palletize products weighing from 5 to 50 pounds.
• Assist with inventory audits, including daily cycle counts and month-end and year-end inventory counts.
• Clean and maintain the warehouse and assist with facility housekeeping.
• Maintain a neat, orderly, and safe work area during working hours and leave the area clean before leaving work.
• Pack, palletize, wrap, and label orders as needed.
• Perform other duties or responsibilities as needed.
