The Operations Assistant will oversee quality, recruitment, training, equipment maintenance, safety, and day-to-day operations under the guidance of the General Manager. Additional duties may be assigned by the GM as required. This role involves registering shipments, providing quality service to customers, handling paperwork (faxing, copying, scanning), communicating with moving crews, performing general housekeeping, filing and organizing, and billing shipments in company software.
