Requirements

  • High school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
  • Two years of experience in customer service or a closely related field.
  • Ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers to obtain and/or provide basic types of factual information.
  • Ability to perform basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Proficient computer skills for data entry, reporting, reference, and/or retrieval tasks.
  • General working knowledge of Microsoft office suite applications.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors and manages Meter Reading Routes to assure customer billing.
  • Generates and maintains various logs and reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for construction and service.
  • Receives customer service orders taken by Customer Support Center personnel (BPEMS).
  • Initiates and maintains call scheduling of technicians.
  • Coordinates and manages divisional initiatives for safety and financial improvement.
  • Assists construction activities through scheduling field construction coordinators, preconstruction and growth project meetings.
  • Track and manage the fleet database.
  • Data entry, coding, validation, and processing of contractor invoices.
  • May initiate, receive, and confirm purchase orders and requisitions.
  • Assists service, construction, and compliance personnel by communicating pertinent data and other information related to various situations.
  • Responsible for ordering and inventory of office and safety supplies as well as assisting with ordering uniforms.
  • Provides administrative and clerical support to field operations.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
