The Role We are looking for a part-time Operations & Office Coordinator to support our growing team at MIAS Inc. in the Charlotte, NC area. This is a flexible, 20-hour per week position - ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys a varied day in a dynamic, international work environment.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in order processing, logistics coordination, or office administration
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative, team-oriented attitude

Nice To Haves

  • experience with ERP systems such as SAP or ProAlpha is a plus
  • Experience in an international or cross-cultural work environment is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Process spare parts and service orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Support customer communication and coordination, ensuring a professional and responsive experience
  • Manage shipping and packaging of parts and equipment
  • Coordinate with warehouse operations and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Provide general office management support and assist with project-related tasks as needed
