About The Position

This is a full-time position for an Operations and HR Assistant at NHC HealthCare North Augusta. The role involves organizing and improving work systems, analyzing performance in areas such as budget, overtime, turnover, and retention, and preparing reports. The assistant will also serve as an enrollment champion for NHC Advantage, assist with collection calls and billing questions, complete bi-weekly payroll, facilitate new partner orientation, conduct and monitor partner trainings, manage the budget for partner engagement activities, and lead teams for partner engagement events.

Requirements

  • Must be flexible, caring, compassionate, and be a team player
  • Possess good communication and analytical skills with particular ability to pay attention to details.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
  • Be able to work accurately with pressures of deadlines and interruptions while at the same time being well organized, persistent and working as a team player.
  • Ability to communicate calmly and effectively
  • Proficiency in writing and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and improve work Systems through PIP cycles
  • Analyze performance in areas of Budget, Ovetime, Turnover, and Retention
  • Prepare and summarize reports at the direction of Administrator
  • Serve as NHC Advantage enrollment champion
  • Assist BOM with collection calls and Billing questions
  • Complete biweekly Payroll
  • Facilitate New Partner Orientation Process
  • Conduct and Monitor partner trainings and education
  • Manage budget for partner engagement activities
  • Lead Team for partner engagement events
