About The Position

River Oaks of Minnesota is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations & Compliance Coordinator to support recurring Human Resources operational workflows across multiple assisted living locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, systems, follow-through, process consistency, and ensuring important operational tasks are completed accurately and on time. The position will work closely with Human Resources leadership and operational leaders to support recurring audit, compliance, reporting, reconciliation, and workflow monitoring responsibilities within systems such as Paycom, benefit administration platforms, retirement administration portals, and related operational dashboards. This is not a traditional employee-relations or recruiting-focused HR role. Instead, this position is best suited for an individual who enjoys operational support, recurring workflow management, dashboard monitoring, audit follow-through, and creating consistency across systems and processes.   • Coordinate follow-up regarding incomplete operational tasks
  • Assist with benefits, retirement administration, and compliance-related workflows
  • Support recurring organizational communications and reporting
  • Help maintain consistency and accuracy across operational systems
