About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage documentation, billing workflows, and internal communications within our home care setting. The ideal candidate ensures 100% compliance with payor requirements while maintaining seamless coordination between caregivers, clients, and referral sources.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a home care setting with a strong ability to communicate effectively with both caregivers and clients.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Sign and home care scheduling software (MatrixCare experience is a significant plus).
  • A track record of maintaining high compliance standards and managing organized record-keeping systems.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain total accuracy and organization of all records.
  • Track pending signatures and send automated reminders to ensure 100% weekly compliance on document submissions to payors.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal staff and referral sources to support daily operations.
  • Manage and streamline the weekly electronic signature process via Adobe Sign.
  • Oversee weekly invoicing procedures and coordinate the timely delivery of all essential documents.
  • Provide cross-functional support to the Controller and HR department as needed for special projects or overflow tasks.
