About The Position

One Operations Analyst Internship position is available from June through December in Monroe, Wisconsin. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting operations and fulfillment through business data analysis, systems support, reporting, and process improvement. Working with experienced analysts and business partners, the intern will build knowledge of supply chain processes, business systems, data sources, and reporting tools while helping provide accurate, timely information for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Help develop, maintain, and distribute operational reports; research exceptions and collaborate with business partners to resolve issues.
• Use Excel, SQL, Power BI, and data from warehouse management, ERP, and data warehouse systems to analyze trends, track KPIs, and create reports and visualizations.
• Test systems, reports, and data warehouse updates by following test scenarios, validating results, and documenting discrepancies.
• Gather business requirements and maintain documentation for reports, queries, data definitions, processes, and project updates.
• Support an improvement project by defining the problem, analyzing data and processes, recommending solutions, and presenting results.
• Use approved AI tools to support research, queries, analysis, visualizations, and documentation, validating outputs against trusted business data.
