About The Position

Uline is hiring an Operations Analyst Intern for Summer 2027 at its corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. This paid, full-time, 12-week internship is for students pursuing a bachelor’s degree. Interns will work on meaningful projects to improve business operations, collaborate with departments across the company, build analytical skills, and present findings and recommendations to business partners and executive leadership. The position is on-site.

Requirements

• Be a student pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Have strong Microsoft skills.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, critical thinking, and eagerness to learn.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SQL or other analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business reports and processes to identify insights and opportunities to improve performance.
• Partner with departments across the company to learn about the business and develop recommendations for efficient operations.
• Use analytical tools, including SQL and Power BI, to retrieve and organize data for reports and special projects.
• Present insights and recommendations to business partners and executive leadership.
