Operations Analyst
About The Position
Under the general supervision of the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, the Operations Analyst conducts financial, labor, marketing, budgeting, and technical analysis of gaming and related operations to maximize efficiency and earning potential. The position provides timely and accurate analysis of property- and department-related statistics, analytical reports, and operating expenses to support effective, efficient, and profitable operations. The role ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures and maintains the confidentiality of privileged information.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial, labor, marketing, budgeting, and technical analysis of gaming and related operations.
- Provide timely and accurate analysis of property- and department-related statistics, analytical reports, and operating expenses.
- Support the effective, efficient, and profitable functioning of the property and its departments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain the confidentiality of privileged information.
