About The Position

The six month Operations Analyst development program will prepare you for a full-time Operations Analyst position at Susquehanna. Throughout the program, you will rotate across various trading desk and business areas at Susquehanna to deepen your understanding of the firm. At the end of your rotations, you will be expected to leverage your diverse skill set and knowledge of Susquehanna's business to maximize your impact as an Operations Analyst. You will be placed on a team that best aligns with your skills, interests, and Susquehanna's business needs.

Requirements

Students pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Math, Computer Science or a related major looking to start a full-time job upon graduation
Strong interest in math, technology, and the financial industry
Students who have an ability to collaborate with a team while having the confidence to work independently
Candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit who are flexible and have a commitment to innovation
Students who demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

Advanced knowledge of Excel
Experience with Python, HTML, VBA or SQL

Responsibilities

Aggregate and analyze trading data to help make better future decisions.
Ensure correction of any trade breaks that would expose the firm to financial risk.
Constantly improve the efficiency with which we complete the lifecycle of a trade.
Leverage diverse skill sets and knowledge of Susquehanna's business to maximize impact as an Operations Analyst.
Participate in classroom training sessions focused on developing company specific knowledge and technical skills to facilitate process optimization.
