About The Position

This 9-week Summer Analyst program is designed to immerse participants in the Operations function of the firm, fostering a collaborative environment that teaches how Operations delivers core services to the firm and its clients. The program aims to build a long-term career in Operations and support its continued growth. It is seeking motivated, enthusiastic individuals with diverse backgrounds who are eager to learn and identify process improvement opportunities, such as automation. The program begins with comprehensive training on the firm, its practices, and culture. Following training, Summer Analysts join an Operations team within Asset & Wealth Management, Commercial & Investment Bank, Consumer & Community Bank, or Corporate Functions. They will be fully integrated into their team's daily activities, making a tangible impact in roles aligned with disciplines such as Processing/Servicing, Trade/Asset Support, Reporting, or Transformation. The program offers opportunities to learn about operations, develop career skills, expand knowledge of businesses and bank products, and drive business forward. Participants will benefit from on-the-job experience, a community of fellow summer analysts, social events, and interaction with senior leaders. This role serves as a pipeline to the full-time Operations Analyst Program, with potential for a full-time offer based on performance and successful completion of the internship.
