We are hiring Program Operations, Program Delivery and Program Outreach Interns who support the planning, execution, and monitoring of energy efficiency programs within ICF’s Utility, Programs and Services division. These roles provide hands-on experience in program operations and offers a valuable opportunity to apply academic knowledge in a professional setting. As an intern, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to the development of high-quality products and services, and gain exposure to major projects and client interactions. This experience is designed to help build foundational skills in project management, communication, and teamwork, while deepening your understanding of energy-efficient technologies and utility-sponsored programs. This is an entry-level, 10-week, full time internship that begins in early June 2027. Pay is expected to be $23 per hour for undergraduate students and $28 per hour for graduate students. These roles can be remote, with preference for those near Houston, TX; Missouri; Arkansas; Chicago, IL. At this time, we are unable to provide relocation nor housing assistance.
