About The Position

The Operations Analyst I works in the Florida Department of Revenue’s General Tax Administration Program, Return and Revenue Processing, Data Management Unit. The role manages and monitors workflow, resolves problems, assists employees, and serves as a liaison among managers, work units, and other processes. The incumbent prioritizes and assigns work, performs quality reviews of processed work, researches documents, and reports errors received from internal customers.

Requirements

• Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue's General Tax Administration Program, Return and Revenue Processing Process.
• One year of experience processing tax returns using the Fairfax Imaging Management System (IMS).
• One year of experience creating or maintaining accounts in the System for Unified Taxation (SUNTAX) via Social GUI/Social Daemon or the Modernize Electronic Filers (MEF) Report.
• Six months of experience processing tax returns in the Data Management Fairfax Work Queues.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.
