About The Position

As our Operations & Administrative Coordinator, you will be instrumental in establishing and managing a new core function of the business. This is an evolving role designed for a proactive self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity. You will work directly with leadership—including the President and Manager—to bring structure, organization, and execution to our day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in operations, administration, or project coordination.
  • Proven ability to thrive in unstructured, fast-evolving environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, "owner" mentality with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a remote setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting founders or C-suite leadership.
  • A background in startups or rapidly scaling businesses.
  • Experience working within remote, globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure business continuity.
  • Help define, refine, and document new workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage complex schedules, internal communications, and project timelines.
  • Support ad hoc initiatives and special projects as the business scales.
  • Take full accountability for tasks with minimal oversight, adapting to shifting priorities as the function evolves.
