About The Position

The Operations Administrator is responsible for organization and administrative day-to-day tasks to support sales performance and bottom-line profitability. Requirements

  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • High School Diploma, 4-year degree preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Complete cash and check reconciliation daily
  • Complete ReSA (Sales Audit) activity daily
  • Lead and support all bank deposits and banking needs
  • Manage red bags and media handling
  • Reconcile cash office profile register drawer
  • Manage associate spiff payouts
  • Complete WHIRL inquiries as needed
  • Support tax exempts and sales tax record needs
  • Support the marketing exceptions process
  • Support LP in credit dispute resolution
  • Support resolution of escalated customer credit inquiries in partnership with credit services
  • Assist support team with support responsibilities with BOPIS / curbside service, order fulfillment, wrap & pack, merchandise preparations for sales floor, markdowns, change requests, returns
  • Assist jewelry team with RTVs, special order processing, direct to store receipts, ICE system management
  • Provide backup to Sales Support Assistant and Service Concierge as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
