At Centrus Energy, the Operational Technology Configuration Manager (OTCM) helps keep the digital backbone of industrial control systems organized, secure, traceable, and ready for future needs. The role applies configuration management practices to control systems, SCADA, PLCs, networks, software, and digital tools, while improving and automating processes. The OTCM shapes how Centrus manages operational technology throughout its lifecycle, collaborating across Engineering, IT/OT Cybersecurity, Network Operations, Quality, and Project Management to build scalable, auditable processes. The position owns the configuration management lifecycle for ICS/OT software, network configurations, and digital assets, including baselines, changes, version control, releases, audits, and status reporting. It leads Software Change Review Boards, administers configuration and PDM tools, coordinates software releases and deployments, and develops the ACO Engineering OT Configuration Management Program Plan. It also helps ensure documentation, network diagrams, cybersecurity requirements, and regulatory expectations remain aligned. The role uses scripting and automation to streamline workflows, solve problems, and improve efficiency; trains and mentors others; monitors performance; identifies risks and opportunities for reuse; and keeps up with emerging OT technologies and cybersecurity practices. The position requires the successful candidate to obtain and maintain a Q security clearance. It is incentive eligible, with an estimated starting base salary range of $95,012–$158,353. Employment requires verification of identity and eligibility to work in the United States, a pre-employment background check and drug test, and participation in a random drug-testing program after hire. A federal background investigation and possible subsequent reinvestigations are required for the Q clearance.
