About The Position

Dungarvin is hiring an Operational Program Director to manage programs in the Washington/Ramsey County, Minnesota area. The role provides leadership and coordination for programs serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, medical needs, and/or people on the autism spectrum. It combines direct-care work with supervisory responsibilities. This is a full-time organizational position, though the role may be part-time within any given home. The schedule must be flexible to accommodate program, individual, and staff needs. The director is on call at all times unless someone of comparable authority has been arranged to receive emergency calls. The director ensures program shifts are staffed by employees who meet Dungarvin’s conditions of employment and have been appropriately oriented and trained. The director may occasionally work direct-service shifts, normally no more than 16 hours per week; working more requires advance notice to a supervisor, or notice as soon as possible if advance notice is not feasible. Schedule adjustments, if needed, should be arranged with the director. The listed starting salary is $65,000–$66,787.50 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. A $5,000 retention bonus is offered; current Dungarvin employees are not eligible for the sign-on bonus associated with this position.
