About The Position

The Operational Performance Manager directs, coaches, and leads Implementation Advisors and site leadership teams within an assigned regional area or business unit sector to implement Operations Management Systems and performance tracking tools that support operational effectiveness and site standards. The role verifies that required tools are in place or planned before and during readiness and implementation, and coordinates consistent implementations across assigned sites. The manager works with OMS Data Systems, IT, and site teams to integrate and analyze source-system data, define and map processes, develop site-specific Operations Management System concepts, establish location mapping, and configure and test performance-tracking solutions. The role also oversees training and knowledge transfer, work studies or contractor work for discrete standards, and the identification of interfaces, risks, and lessons learned. The position supports sustainable transformation and continuous improvement by aligning deployments with sector, site, and customer objectives; replicating improvements across accounts where applicable; reviewing workshop progress with customers; reporting monthly progress; and fostering associate involvement and best-practice sharing. The role can be 100% remote and requires 50%–75% travel during the year.
