Responsibilities

Prepare, record, verify, and pay vendor invoices for goods and services in a timely manner.
Respond to vendor queries.
Maintain, analyze, and reconcile accounts payable ledger accounts, financial statements, and reports.
Develop, direct, plan, and evaluate accounts payable policies and procedures.
Ensure external and internal controls and policies are followed.
May process employee expense reimbursement requests for payment.
