About The Position

The Operation Process Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes, focusing on testing, system integration, scripting, and technical troubleshooting. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and the ability to collaborate with various cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Hands-on experience with engineering testing, system integration, scripting, or technical troubleshooting through academic or professional work.
• Ability to interpret test results and systematically troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-level failures.
• Basic scripting experience, preferably with Python, and the ability to read and debug scripts.
• Ability to work effectively with Manufacturing, Test Engineering, Quality, NPI Engineering, and R&D partners.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB, automated test systems, data acquisition tools, SQL, or manufacturing data analysis.
• Experience troubleshooting electromechanical systems, robotic systems, complex capital equipment, or integrated hardware/software products.
• Familiarity with change controls, CAPAs, NCRs, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.
