About The Position

The Operating Room Aide supports surgical operations by preparing, maintaining, and resetting operating-room environments to promote efficient workflows and high hygiene standards. The role includes cleaning and sanitizing operating rooms, setting up equipment, and helping manage surgical instruments and supplies. The aide works closely with surgical teams to provide support during and between procedures. The work is dynamic and may involve shifts extending beyond regular hours, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements

Obtain Certified Surgical Cleaning Technician (CSCT) certification within 6 months of hire.
Obtain American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

Prior healthcare experience.
High school graduate or GED equivalent.
