About The Position

The Department of Family Medicine is seeking a full-scope Family or Internal Medicine physician (no OB) to join The Pam Muma Women's Health Center to provide high-quality concierge medicine within primary care and contribute to an engaging academic environment focused on team-based care and patient outcomes. This role has strictly outpatient patient care components. Competitive compensation, strong team culture, and the opportunity to shape the growth of concierge medicine. The candidate must be licensed in Florida and able to be credentialed as a participant in the MCOM Faculty Practice Plan who is privileged to perform the essential functions of a Family Medicine physician and be a Medical Staff member in good standing in the hospitals or health care organizations where they are assigned to perform clinical duties. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, preventative, and longitudinal primary care to a limited patient panel, ensuring continuity, accessibility, and exceptional quality of care.

Requirements

Licensed in Florida.
Able to be credentialed as a participant in the MCOM Faculty Practice Plan.
Privileged to perform the essential functions of a Family Medicine physician.
Be a Medical Staff member in good standing in the hospitals or health care organizations where they are assigned to perform clinical duties.
