About The Position

The Outbound Agent will contact prospective customers over the phone with the intention of selling marketed vacation packages which will enable them to tour our resorts and purchase the product to become owners.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months sales experience, preferably in a production driven environment
• Must have a minimum High School Diploma or GED
• Successful completing of on boarding training
• All associates are responsible for ensuring that they remain up to date on all required courses
• Participate in coaching sessions
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong client focus
• Sales minded professional (hospitality, sales, call center, server, or marketing experience)
• Ability to overcome objections
• Ability to work in a goal and performance based environment
• MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel

Responsibilities

• Responsible for contacting prospective customers through outbound calls with the intention of selling vacation ownership (60%)
• Attend meetings as required (10%)
• Ensure compliance with; Quality Assurance, Do Not Call Regulations, (25%)
• Set and review weekly performance goals (5%)
