About The Position

The OPC Specialist (Sales & Marketing Representative) offers a High Earning Potential of $60K - 80K+ Starting Pay: Minimum Wage vs. Commission ($500–$1,500+ per week). At Westgate Resorts, we’re looking for outgoing and highly motivated OPC Specialists (Sales & Marketing Representatives) who can turn conversations into opportunities, and opportunities into income. As part of our marketing team, you’ll engage vacationing guests, qualify families for our 90-minute resort presentations, and help them save big on area attractions. Every conversation you have makes an impact and earns you more!

Requirements

  • High-energy, confident personality and you love meeting people and closing deals.
  • Passion for sales, customer interaction, and competition.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors or indoors.
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
  • Previous OPC or sales experience is a plus but not required. We’ll train you to succeed!

Responsibilities

  • Approach and engage guests to attend a 90-minute resort preview presentation.
  • Persuade and qualify families using incentives like attraction tickets, resort stays, and cash gifts.
  • Handle POS transactions accurately, balance cash and credit card sales daily.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance at all times.
  • Stay current on promotions and ticket pricing.
  • Travel opportunities to off-site events, conventions, and high-traffic venues.
