About The Position

The Marketing Representative is a guest-facing role based at high-traffic visitor locations at Kings’ Shops and Queens’ Marketplace in Waikoloa. The representative greets travelers, shares local recommendations and approved information about Hawai‘i Island, and invites eligible guests to schedule an appointment to learn more about vacation ownership. The role focuses on creating a positive first impression and setting quality appointments; it does not involve closing a sale on the spot. The position pays $17.00 per hour plus commission and bonuses under a compensation plan. Targeted annual earnings are $90,000, with top performers potentially earning more based on individual results. New hires may qualify for up to $11,500 in incentives during their first six months, subject to eligibility requirements and program terms. Employees with timeshare marketing experience may also be eligible for an additional experienced-hire incentive. The schedule follows visitor patterns and business needs, with shifts between 11:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m., including weekends and holidays. The employer provides structured onboarding, coaching, and clear daily expectations. Full-time team members are offered benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage from Day One; paid time off, vacation, sick time, and paid parental leave; a 401(k) with company match; life insurance; a company stock purchase program; tuition reimbursement for job-related degrees and certifications; and team-member travel discounts and resort benefits.
