About The Position

Fantom Corporation is seeking an Ontology Architect and Knowledge Modeling Specialist to support a mission-critical enterprise serving the defense and intelligence community. The role is responsible for designing and implementing semantic architectures, enterprise knowledge graphs, and ontological models. The specialist transforms unstructured data into interconnected, machine-readable intelligence and supports specialist engineers with domain-specific ontologies. The position also involves building trustworthy data models and monitoring system health, user metrics, performance, and operational availability.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Willingness and ability to obtain a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10 or more years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with machine-readable frameworks.
• Strong technical expertise, with mentorship responsibilities and experience delivering process optimization.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and use secure software development practices.
