About The Position

The Knowledge Architecture team at CoreWeave owns how the Product and Engineering organization captures, structures, and shares knowledge. The team develops internal documentation, onboarding content, and technical education programs, and sets standards and builds ontology infrastructure to keep knowledge accurate as the company scales. As an IC3 (Practitioner) Knowledge Architect, you will provide documentation and knowledge-infrastructure capacity for the team. You will write and maintain internal technical documentation for Product and Engineering teams, including systems documentation, workflows, runbooks, and guides, and build and maintain onboarding content for new engineers. You will work directly with engineers and subject matter experts to document knowledge that is currently informal or undocumented, while maintaining CMS structure, navigation, and content lifecycle to make information findable. You will follow standards set by the Staff Knowledge Architect and take requests through the intake process from scoping to publication.

  • Demonstrated experience consistently applying a documentation style guide and template set, and using AI tools to scale and improve output.

  • Familiarity with inference and training stacks used by ML platform teams, such as vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM, or NCCL, and with how benchmarks such as MLPerf are run and reported.
  • Experience writing for both platform engineers who operate a system and researchers or customers who consume it, such as producing runbooks and user-facing documentation for the same product.
