About The Position

The Knowledge Architect for Fleet is part of CoreWeave’s Knowledge Architecture team and works day-to-day with Fleet Reliability Operations’ Onboarding, Education, and Documentation (FRO-OED) sub-team. The role brings Knowledge Architecture standards, templates, information architecture, and intake processes to Fleet, while conveying Fleet’s operational needs back to Knowledge Architecture. The position adds documentation and onboarding capacity to an operationally critical organization. It supports the audit and revamp of Fleet Confluence documentation; creates and maintains technical documentation for FROps and partner teams; and develops onboarding materials for new operations engineers. The Knowledge Architect works with operations engineers, quarterbacks, operations managers, and Fleet Engineering subject matter experts to capture undocumented knowledge and make it accessible through well-organized, maintained Confluence spaces. Work follows standards set by the Staff Knowledge Architect and is prioritized in partnership with FRO-OED.

  • Assist in building and maintaining the FROps onboarding curriculum, including role-based paths for operations engineers, quarterbacks, and operations managers, and extend coverage to FROps sub-teams and partner teams.

  • Maintain knowledge assets in FRO and Fleet Confluence spaces, including structure, navigation, labeling, templates, and content lifecycle; consolidate duplicated or fragmented content.
  • Manage documentation requests through intake, scoping, delivery, and publication, and communicate scope, timelines, and status to requesting teams.
  • Audit published FROps knowledge assets for accuracy, coverage, and discoverability, and address gaps, prioritizing material used for on-call, incident response, and new site stand-up.
