CoreWeave is hiring a Knowledge Architect dedicated to Fleet Engineering, working within the Knowledge Architecture team and day to day with FRO-OED, the Onboarding, Education, and Documentation sub-team of Fleet Reliability Operations. The Knowledge Architecture team shapes how Product and Engineering captures, structures, and shares information through internal documentation, onboarding content, technical education, and standards. FROps supports the health and delivery of fleet nodes across CoreWeave regions, including site bring-up, provisioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, incident response, escalations, and on-call coverage. The Knowledge Architect will support an audit and revamp of Fleet Confluence documentation; create and maintain technical documentation and onboarding content; and establish structures and lifecycle practices that make knowledge accurate and findable. The role works with operations engineers, quarterbacks, operations managers, Fleet Engineering subject matter experts, partner teams, and external organizations to capture operational knowledge. It applies Knowledge Architecture standards, templates, information architecture, and intake processes to Fleet, while bringing Fleet’s operational needs back to Knowledge Architecture. The role follows direction from the Staff Knowledge Architect, partners with FRO-OED on Fleet-specific standards and priorities, and manages requests from scoping through publication. CoreWeave describes itself as a publicly traded AI cloud infrastructure company founded in 2017. The position requires access to export-controlled information, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. The stated base salary range is $134,000–$179,000, with starting salary based on job-related factors and location. Total rewards may also include a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits, subject to eligibility.
