About The Position

Trystar is seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Onsite Service Parts Coordinator to support daily service parts operations on the manufacturing floor. This hourly role is responsible for coordinating, tracking, and executing service part orders to ensure they are completed accurately, prioritized correctly, and shipped on time. This position serves as the day‑to‑day point of execution for service part jobs—working closely with Manufacturing, Materials, Planning, Engineering, and Shipping to keep service orders moving. Success in this role directly supports customer satisfaction and is critical to improving On‑Time Delivery (OTD) performance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, materials coordination, logistics, or service support roles
  • ERP/MRP system experience required; Epicor experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple open jobs
  • Clear communication skills with both hourly and salaried team members
  • Full time onsite work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment
  • Regular walking on the production floor and interaction with material staging areas
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. as needed

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily execution of onsite service part orders from job release through shipment
  • Track active service part jobs throughout the day and ensure work progresses to meet required ship dates
  • Communicate daily priorities with production, materials, and shipping teams
  • Serve as the primary onsite contact for service part job status and part availability
  • Verify materials and components are available prior to starting service part jobs
  • Ensure service parts are staged, labeled, and clearly identified
  • Assist with maintaining organized service part staging and inventory locations
  • Support inventory accuracy through proper material handling and transaction discipline
  • Perform Epicor transactions accurately, including job releases, material issues, moves, and completions
  • Update job status promptly to maintain visibility and prevent delays
  • Follow established standard work for all system transactions
  • Provide regular updates to supervisors and service stakeholders on job progress
  • Escalate material shortages, missing information, or capacity constraints immediately
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to resolve issues and keep service orders on schedule
