The Service Parts Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all service-related Parts Requests (PRs) are processed, picked, and shipped within 24 hours to support rapid field service response. The role owns the operational flow of service parts from request through shipment and delivery confirmation, while maintaining optimized inventory levels across HQ, Field Service Locations (FSLs), and third-party service partners. By actively managing inventory visibility, consumption trends, and logistics coordination, this role ensures parts availability does not delay service response times.
