About The Position

Mallory Safety & Supply is hiring a part-time Onsite Inventory Associate to support customers by preparing, delivering, and replenishing inventory at key accounts. The role involves representing Mallory at customer locations and helping ensure customer teams have the safety products they need. It is suited to someone who enjoys active work, independence, and hands-on customer interaction. The position is based in Lenexa, Kansas, and work takes place at customer sites and warehouse locations. It is a driving position that involves operating a company transit van. The schedule is 16–24 hours per week, typically 2–3 days per week, and may vary. The role is customer-facing and calls for professionalism and reliability.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, with a minimum of one year of driving experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active throughout the shift.
Strong customer service skills and comfort working in a public-facing role.

Responsibilities

Fill vending machines and inventory systems at key customer accounts.
Prepare for deliveries by running refill and inventory reports.
Pull and verify inventory before delivery.
Prepare products, such as folding gloves and organizing items, for vending machines.
Assist with warehouse tasks as needed.
Maintain accurate inventory and organization standards.
Provide excellent customer service while onsite.
Troubleshoot minor issues and problem-solve in real time.
Operate a company transit van.
