About The Position

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a licensed counselor or social worker to provide onsite Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services in Aurora, North Carolina. This is a work-site-based part-time contract position for 10 hours per month. The primary role is to provide employees with short-term, solution-focused coaching and consultation, in person and by video or telephone. The clinician may also participate in additional company-related activities as requested.

The preferred schedule is one Tuesday and one Thursday per month. The required schedule is five hours biweekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with scheduled shift times rotating to support all four operational shifts over a two-month period.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a mental health discipline, such as psychology, social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
• Post-graduate clinical experience.
• Current independent state license to practice.
• Availability to work five hours biweekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with scheduled shift times rotating to support all four operational shifts over a two-month period.
• Current malpractice insurance.
• Fundamental understanding of MS Office.
• Experience with work-related issues.
• Experience in trauma.

Nice To Haves

• EAP experience preferred.
• CEAP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, solution-focused coaching and consultation to employees in person and by video or telephone.
• Lead topical and support groups for employees.
• Conduct EAP training and orientation sessions for employees and supervisors.
• Provide management consultations.
• Provide onsite critical incident response.
• Participate in health fairs, open enrollment, and health promotion activities.
• Promote the program and ensure program satisfaction.
• Participate in additional company-related activities as requested.
