The ADOPT Onsite AV Service Technician works within an assigned client site daily, providing technical system support. A key aspect of this role is building and maintaining client relationships to ensure superior client satisfaction, leading to renewal and growth of ADOPT onsite support agreements. Support includes meeting/conference/events assists, inventory tracking, reporting, and proactive systems maintenance. Technicians also perform routine maintenance and repair of faulty systems and equipment.
