About The Position

The role processes bookings for hotels, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages and coordinates with clients, vendors, travel advisors, and team members to provide a smooth booking experience. This is a remote position with flexible scheduling, suited to someone who enjoys structured, task-oriented work and contributing to a client-focused travel planning team.

Requirements

Previous experience in reservations, travel coordination, or customer service is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
Comfortable working in a virtual environment using digital tools and platforms.
Must be at least 18 years old and have access to a computer and reliable internet.
Passion for organization, accuracy, and helping others experience seamless travel.
