About The Position
The Online Travel Reservationist supports clients by researching availability, managing travel bookings, and ensuring reservation details are accurate. The role processes reservations for hotels, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages using online booking systems; reviews booking information; and communicates with clients and vendors about updates, changes, and special requests. The Reservationist maintains booking and communication records, stays informed about supplier promotions, destination policies, and system updates, and works with team members and travel advisors to provide a smooth booking experience and professional client service. This is a remote position with flexible scheduling, suited to someone who enjoys structured, task-oriented work on a client-focused travel planning team.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
