About The Position
The Online Hotel Reservationist assists clients with hotel and resort bookings and coordinates accommodations for vacations and business trips. The role includes researching and booking accommodations worldwide, providing personalized travel recommendations, communicating with clients, managing reservations and special requests, and keeping informed about promotions, travel deals, and supplier policies. The position is remote and offers part-time or full-time options, flexible hours, training and certification, access to a personal booking website and suppliers, and ongoing mentor support. The opportunity may allow growth into a Certified Travel Specialist role.
Requirements
