About The Position

Destination Knot is seeking a dependable, entry-level Online Hotel Reservationist to assist with hotel bookings for travel clients. This work-from-home role is suited to someone interested in entering the travel industry who enjoys helping others and is detail-oriented. Training will be provided in handling hotel reservation requests, using supplier platforms, and recording client preferences. The position involves researching accommodation options, assisting with quotes and bookings, coordinating with hotel partners, tracking reservation details, and providing timely client support. The role offers a flexible schedule, remote work, onboarding and mentorship, potential income based on project and performance contributions, access to hotel rates and travel perks after training, and opportunities to advance into travel planning or client-facing roles. The listed annual pay range is $45,000–$65,000.
