About The Position

We are hiring entry-level Travel Assistants to support the travel planning process. This remote role offers full training and an opportunity to enter the travel industry. The assistant helps research and book travel options, communicates with clients and suppliers, and learns supplier systems and tools. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong interest in travel and helping people.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather travel options based on client preferences.
• Help book hotels, cruises, flights, and travel packages.
• Follow up with clients about details, confirmations, and updates.
• Communicate with travel suppliers as needed.
• Learn supplier systems and tools.
• Participate in team meetings and supplier trainings.
