About The Position

The Online Travel Reservationist supports clients by researching availability, managing travel bookings, and ensuring reservation details are accurate. This remote role is suited to someone who enjoys behind-the-scenes work that helps bring clients’ vacation plans to life. The position offers flexible scheduling and training and development within the travel and hospitality industry.

Requirements

Previous experience in reservations, travel coordination, or customer service is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Comfortable working in a virtual environment using digital tools and platforms.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must have access to a computer and reliable internet.
Passion for organization, accuracy, and helping others experience seamless travel.

Process client reservations for hotels, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages using online booking systems.

Stay informed about supplier promotions, destination policies, and system updates.
