Online Sales Representative
About The Position
Lovering Volvo Cars Nashua is seeking an enthusiastic Online Sales Representative to join their growing team. This role serves as the initial point of contact for customers who are shopping online. The representative will assist customers by answering questions, following up on inquiries, and scheduling appointments with the sales team, guiding them through the early stages of the vehicle buying process. Prior automotive experience is not necessary, as training will be provided for individuals with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, banking, or inside sales.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, inside sales, or restaurants is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and online chat.
- Follow up with customers who have submitted online inquiries.
- Schedule appointments for customers to meet with our sales consultants.
- Build rapport with customers while providing a professional, pressure-free experience.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up notes in our CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet appointment and performance goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
