About The Position

Mattamy Homes is the largest family-owned homebuilder in North America, with over 45 years of history. We help over 8,000 families annually achieve their dream of homeownership. This role is for an Online New Home Specialist in Venice, FL, a full-time, permanent, and onsite position. The specialist will be responsible for meeting sales goals, managing client lists, communicating with prospects, and utilizing CRM software to track and manage interactions. The role involves working in sales centers, traveling to other communities, and collaborating with sales leaders and the marketing team. The goal is to facilitate sales and closings by engaging and qualifying potential buyers and scheduling appointments with New Home Counselors.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of previous sales, marketing or public relations experience in a service-oriented role.
Valid and active driver’s license and ability to drive to/from sales offices/centers, model homes, division office for meetings and more.
Active real estate license where required by applicable law.
CRM proficiency is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated customer focused orientation.
Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals/business plan.
Exceptional organizational, time management and planning skills.
Strong computer savviness.
Able to manage time well with minimal supervision.
Self-motivated with ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
Able to work within a team in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Construction or Home Building industry is preferred.
Experience with social media platforms and one or more CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed established performance goals for lead response, prospect engagement, appointment setting, appointment kept rate, and sales conversion from online sales-generated leads.
Manage client VIP lists: add customers to the list, provide community-opening updates, coordinate RSVPs and appointments, and attend and support VIP events.
Attend sales meetings, work regularly in one of the division Sales Centers and regularly travel to Mattamy’s other onsite communities to foster relationships with sales staff and to stay knowledgeable about product offerings as well as our competition, and provide sales office coverage as needed.
Facilitate regular communication with the sales leaders and the marketing team to ensure understanding of division sales goals and upcoming projects.
Actively participate in prospect traffic driving efforts with sales teams.
Engage and follow up with prospective customers by phone, text and email, deliver effective sales presentations, communicate community amenities and home features, qualify and match prospects to appropriate products, and secure appointments with New Home Counselors to support home sales and closings.
Utilize call tracking system to communicate with potential buyers via voice and text. Understand call flows and maintain answer rates.
Perform all necessary follow-up to ensure customers keep their scheduled sales center appointments and have a seamless hand-off experience to the New Home Counselor.
Leverage Mattamy’s customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage and track prospect communications and activities, plan lead interactions, meet reporting deadlines, and produce reports on lead activity and sales conversion.
Record, review, and send relevant video emails to prospects.
Communicate with leads via live chat platform to answer questions on communities, product and pricing.
Utilize all available sales and marketing resources to help achieve the sales goals for the communities assigned.
Actively advance prospective customers through the sales process by asking effective discovery and commitment questions, overcoming objections, communicating Mattamy’s brand and unique value proposition, and highlighting the features, benefits, quality, design, construction, and service of our homes and communities to secure appointments with a New Home Counselor.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
