About The Position
Helms College is seeking experienced Goodwill professionals to serve as adjunct online faculty within the Retail Operations Management program and share their industry expertise with the next generation of Goodwill leaders. These are fully remote adjunct teaching opportunities. Courses are delivered in 5.5-week terms using an online format that includes asynchronous coursework and scheduled live class sessions via Microsoft Teams. Competitive per-course stipend.
Requirements
- Current employment with a Goodwill organization.
- A minimum of three years of professional experience within the Goodwill network.
- Demonstrable working experience in the subject area relevant to the course being taught.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a field related to the instructional assignment.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to student-centered teaching and supporting adult learners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and basic instructional technology.
Nice To Haves
- Experience using a learning management system (LMS) is preferred.
- Previous online teaching or training experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Share industry expertise with the next generation of Goodwill leaders.
