About The Position

AO | Globe Life is expanding its virtual team and seeking motivated, dependable, and people-focused individuals to join us as Online Customer Service Representatives. This opportunity combines customer service, client support, benefits education, relationship building, and consultative insurance sales. You'll connect with prospective and existing clients through scheduled virtual appointments, answer questions, explain available benefits, assist with enrollment, and provide continued support. You do not need previous insurance experience to apply. We provide structured training, licensing guidance, one-on-one mentorship, and ongoing professional development to help motivated individuals learn the business.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be physically located within the United States
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Have access to a reliable computer or laptop
  • Maintain reliable high-speed internet
  • Have webcam and microphone capability
  • Maintain a quiet, professional home workspace
  • Be comfortable using Zoom and web-based applications
  • Be comfortable communicating through phone and video
  • Be willing to complete required training
  • Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License

Nice To Haves

  • Previous insurance experience is not required.
  • Entry-level applicants, recent graduates, veterans, customer-service professionals, and career changers are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in Customer Service, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Administrative Support, Banking, Call Centers, Military Service, Client Relations, Account Management, Recruiting, Financial Services, or Sales may be helpful.
