About The Position
AO Globe Life is seeking Benefits Enrollment Specialists for a fully remote opportunity supporting members and families across its markets. The role helps clients understand insurance options and guides them through a needs-based review process. It is an independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. No prior insurance experience is required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and are responsible for applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at their own expense. The opportunity is suited to self-motivated, coachable people who can work independently and are interested in performance-based career growth.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to explain information clearly.
- High level of professionalism and reliability.
- Detail-oriented approach to client service.
- Comfort with computer systems.
- Ability to contribute independently and as a teammate.
- At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.

Responsibilities
- Work with warm leads supplied by the company.

- Maintain accurate documentation and client records.
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
