About The Position

Green Tree School & Services provides full-time, out-of-district programs in Philadelphia for students with autism and emotional support needs. Its integrated clinical, behavioral, and academic services help students build independence while prioritizing safety, inclusion, and excellence.

As a One-to-One Support, you will work directly with an assigned student throughout the school day, providing behavioral, emotional, and academic support. You will help the student remain engaged and safe and succeed in the learning environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience supporting children with special needs.
• Ability to remain calm and consistent when managing behavioral challenges.
• Strong communication, observation, and collaboration skills.
• Completion of required state clearances: Act 34, Act 114, and Act 151.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized behavioral and academic support to an assigned student.
• Reinforce positive behavior and help students make appropriate choices.
• Assist with self-care needs and ensure student safety throughout the day.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff during classroom activities and interventions.
• Maintain documentation and communicate progress with the educational team.
